 Kerry Williams - LLB
Principal

 Kerry has extensive experience in commercial and property law.
His experience extends to company directorships, sales and succession planning as well as large subdivisions. Kerry has an extensive Body Corporate Property Management Portfolio in both commercial and residential.

Kerry has acted for a wide variety of businesses, including farms, manufacturers and developers, and also holds many private trusteeships. Individuals are important to Kerry’s wide practice and he regularly assists them with the range of wills, trusts and wealth management issues.

Kerry joined the firm in 1997 as a Legal Secretary.
Kerry is now a qualified Legal Executive and assists Kerry Williams
in all areas of the practice.

Trust Account Manager

Claire joined the firm in 1999 after a career in property management and real estate.
Claire ensures compliance with Trust Account requirements on a daily basis and in addition she handles accounting and administrative functions within the office.
